I really can't believe that it has been so long since I wrote a blog post. It has been a busy past couple of months, time just seems to go way to fast. I have been really enjoying documenting our life for 2013 using Project life. I am very happy to say that I am current as soon as I finish putting last week in the book. It is not always easy to remember to take the photos and sometimes it seems that we lead a very dull life, but we are happy and enjoy what we do so that is a good thing. I have discovered that using PL I am journaling more and including more "everday" in my album. This is a good thing! Without further ado, I want to share all of the album so far. Please excuse the photos as they have some glare on them. I have not figured out how to take good photos of the pages without getting the glare off the pages.
One of the things that I included this week was a candybar wrapper. I needed one more thing to fill the spot and thought why not put this wrapper in, it is my favorite candybar. Another item I put in was a little drawing the my grand-daughter Danika drew for me. Previously when they give me things I save them but do not know what to do with them. Now I can fit them in the album. I love that feature of Project Life.
This was a very eventful week. My Dad celebrated his 80th birthday. I had taken quite a few photos of his family birthday party and wanted to put them all in. I created 2-8x10 collages and slipped them in an 8x10 sleeve and them positioned it between the 2 12x12 pages. This is enabled me to be able to include all of the photos that I wanted to and really document the week.
We went to visit Renae and her family in Gillette this week. We had not seen them since October so we were very happy to see the grandkids and Renae and Del. Hayleigh went to preschool and made a valentine card, when we picked her up she had to give it to "Rema" thats what she calls me. I saved it and now it is in my album. I had to trim it a little bit and then it fit perfectly into a 5x7 sleeve.
My sister got engaged on February 13 and her fiance had me photograph the whole event so needless to say I had alot of photos fro the week. It was also Kaya's birthday party so it was a busy photo week.
Ooops, I still need to put my pie recpie in. I better get on that. LOL
We had a very wild and weird storm. It went from sunny and almost 55 degrees to a blizzard dropping 3 inches of snow in 20 minutes. Wild and Crazy!! We also received a card in the mail from our grandson Sean, who lives in Washington. He sent us his soccer photo and a card that he wrote his name in and drew us a picture. I put it right in the album. Have I said how much I love Project Life?
Well time to go and put week 11 in the album.
